My first time bringing in my guinea pigs here was an experience that I'll hate forever because I voiced what was wrong and ended up getting charged for medication for the sick guinea AND the healthy one. One of my piggies ended up passing away three years ago and I called to tell them with me crying, no ounce of sympathy from them.
