The install crew was very good. It was the set up team that needs training. Set up to have vents cleaned same day. Depending on the person you talked with should or should not clean vents same day. Also, bought a new HVAC unit and drain pain not included. After a few calls, a drain pain was installed. Anyone looking at the unit would see the drain pain was rusted. The team needs some customer service training. FYI, the price to install a new HVAC is expensive. I would have appreciated better service.
Unit was frozen and Josh did awesome job fix it. Unit wasn't defrost he was awesome . I will recommend conway air conditioning to everyone Josh did a awesome Charles did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with him. Thank you all now had get 3 parts under warranty don't think should charge me what they charge. Almost 600.00 for 91.00 diagnose rest 500.00. Out raging. The man put it in. Thank god it fix
