Ryan Griffith of Conway Air did a great job performing maintenance on our HVAC unit. He is always prompt, courteous and so easy to deal with and he is extremely helpful! Ryan takes the time to explain everything. Conway Air is the absolute best! Recommend them highly!!!
PM was done this morning. Randy was on time and very professional. Only had to replace the UV bulb and they now have 2 year ones. We have always had great service from Conway Air.
We had two great experiences with Conway Air Conditioning this month. Daniel came to perform the contract maintenance on our system and spent a good amount of time cleaning both the inside (filters, etc.) and the outside (snow & ice). While he was here he noticed that the pan that collects water when the A/C is on was rusting. Before he left he ordered the pan and sent a message to the office to contact us to schedule the installation.
