Great customer service and very helpful suggestions. Provided samples to take home as well.
My experience both in-store and on the phone were excellent. Best James Hardy dealer in Toronto. Wish I knew about them earlier. Lots of stock that nobody else has.
Be prepared to be put on the back burner and wait wait wait if your order “isn’t big enough to be a priority”. Who says things like that? Convoy! Time is money and Convoy ain’t worth the time or cost. Horrible service.
