I went to change my appointment for my deep cleaning , but they wasn't open , but on the door and my cellphone it shows they are open from 9 to 4 pm on Saturday, and as I was sitting in my car in front of the dentist office the front desk worker parks her car and looks at me and enters in the building . But as I walked toward the front door it was closed . When I called the dentist office noone answer the phone . How sad

Last October, I had a root canal done here. Recently, the tooth became reinfected, and I reached out to let them know. Their response was that it would cost over $1,000 to redo it. I understand that procedures can fail—things happen—but when they do, you make it right, not charge the patient full price again. The doctor Herself was very nice and professional, but the staff’s communication was poor. I received a voicemail from them that was so unclear I couldn’t even understand what the person was saying. Kate, the owner’s sister is awful, she suddenly mentioned to me that cleaning does not come with exam unless you pay additional $65. I was disappointed as a long term client. How would a licensed dentist do a cleaning without exam? It’s nonsense to me,. Would I ever go back and say I just want cleaning and not including exam this time? I think there are many more thoughtful and caring dental offices in town with professionalism and not putting their profits as the most important thing in the world.

Convoy Dental Arts is hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced! From the warm, friendly staff to the state-of-the-art technology, every visit is a breeze. Dr. Chaikin is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each patient, making sure to explain procedures thoroughly and ease any concerns. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a comfortable and welcoming environment, making routine check-ups and treatments something to look forward to. Highly recommend!
