Dr Maria Diaz and Nurse Lexi are excellent. Dr Diaz has treated me for many years with utmost concern and expertise.
Maria and Lexi make a great team, they are very caring (which matters a lot) they are patient and willing to go the extra mile to make their patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend these ladies!!

Horrible experience at CONVIVA. Every time I call I’m sent to a call center with uneducated ignorant people who answer the phone and have no medical knowledge and don’t get calls back for days on end. My mother had a horrible rash and when I called it took four days for them to respond and the rash had only gotten exceedingly worse and bleeding. Front desk are professional and greeting. Dr. Diaz treated my mother very well and great with understanding my mother physical health. Lexi was a helpful assistant and sweet personality.
