Dr Naidoo is amazing! He is easy to talk to, explains things well, and is quick to follow through on prescriptions, referrals, etc. He's very thorough. My Mom REALLY likes him. Highly recommend.
I see Nikki Bealls. She hasn't completed my referrals. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting. She doesn't agree with the meds I take so she refuses to write one of my scripts. Valium 5 mg 2@day. I've been in the same meds for at least 18 yrs. She says to me that conviva is the one saying I can't have my meds. That's unreal. Wait times are long on the phone. She told me to come back next month but I didn't understand why I haven't seen any of the specialist yet because she is so slow on doing them. So why do I need to come... read more
They are the worst place. Nasty on the phone And kept me waiting for ever for an appointment I missed a heart doctor appointment which I really needed bc of their incompetence. Stay away oh and plus I was in the hospital and the hospital made an appointment with them but never made it there bc my name mistakenly was erased from their records Stay away, go somewhere else…
How does a Dr. leave her 70 yr old patient in severe pain, no empathy. If I can't walk or get in my husband's truck to go to the ER, why couldn't for once make an exception all I needed was one prescription. I will never go there again.
