If I could give zero stars, I would. this location on San Pedro is the worst on referral process. My parents have had doctor appointment follow ups, the offices have asked for the referral papers over three times and they failed to send the referral. The patients are having to leave doctor appointments and having to physically go to the location to actually receive the referral document. My doctor, Dr Mario Angeles is just the best! after my first visit and tests he spent so much time going over my tests with me and they have never failed to try to get me in if I needed to get an appointment. Everyone in the office has been absolutely amazing.
Awesome staffing
The people here are very attentive and seem to care. The doctors actually listen. I'm glad I found them.
I will not allow my mother to set foot in this location ever again. She recently moved to San Antonio & she had to wait 3 months to see a doctor here. She came out sad & when we arrived at the pharmacy we noticed she didn’t even prescribe her anything for her diabetes. 3 months without it or her other meds + the time it will take us to find a new doctor & get seen.
