I will not allow my mother to set foot in this location ever again. She recently moved to San Antonio & she had to wait 3 months to see a doctor here. She came out sad & when we arrived at the pharmacy we noticed she didn’t even prescribe her anything for her diabetes. 3 months without it or her other meds + the time it will take us to find a new doctor & get seen. I had a televisit with a PA yesterday. I explained my issues like perhaps a UTI or cistitis I was prescribed an antibiotic twice over the weekend with an online Dr. I told him I had an urgency to urinate and continued to experience those symptoms and high blood pressure. What I liked about the previous management - senior dedicated medical is the attention given patients and the extreme friendliness of their staff.
