I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from this office. I left my FMLA paperwork with them last Tuesday, only to be told afterward that the doctor has up to 14 days to complete it, with no proactive updates or urgency despite the time-sensitive nature of FMLA. In addition, they did not assist in helping my father find a psychiatrist to properly diagnose dementia, which delayed necessary care. Very impressive
There is one thing this place deserves a 1 star: Both my mom and I have received mail (separate addresses) with ny dad's name on it. We have asked multiple times for these to stop and have put "Return to Sender". This has been happening over several years!!! Good luck contacting him.... considering he passed away nearly 14 years ago!!! I had gotten another ad today in the mail - this is getting too annoying!!
