We love doctor solar but this new company that took over is horrible. What is the point of having a call center when they don’t even answer I’ve called 3 times and been on hold for 30 minutes all together and just for the phone to get hung up and not talk to anyone how are you suppose to talk so anyone when you don’t feel good if they never answer just horrible.
I would rather give them no stars. Laura Soler is fine and my grandma liked her for a time. But every time she says she will send in a prescription my grandma never gets it on time. My mother and I have been on the phone countless times with the office speaking to the rude ladies about how my grandma needs her meds but will go over a week or so without them. I always feel the need to preface my Review by saying, “ I am not from here, having lived in 7 other Texas Cities, hence, can’t help but compare other like-Physicians and Medical Offices! I am so impressed with Dr. Laura Soler, (my first visit) she listened intently, did not interrupt to comment on an array of topics, she took a progressive approach to order necessary tests/remedy my concerns/detailing the WHY!
