Not a good experience on this time, unfortunately staff are confused, my patient had to wait more than 1 hour just for a blood work. Appointment scheduled for 8:20 we arrived 8:15 they call the patient 9:18 not good.

I am so happy to have dr. Haldyne Senatus and Nurse Dillon as my mom caretaker. They are so attentive, caring and informative.. I recommend this practice for anyone that is looking for a family practice that cares.
I love my PCP
I used to go to Dr. Tara Levine who started the practice. (I got a letter saying she left however when I called they would not tell me where she went!). Lately I was seeing Fanny Aleman (NP?) who was great. I had an appt on October. 23rd. On October 22nd at 5:30 PM I got a phone message that my appt at 2:20 was cancelled for the next day. Then at 12:30 on the 23rd, I got a text that my appt was changed to 4pm that day. What? I had another appt that day and had to call them to cancel it.
