If I could give Conviva Coconut Creek a zero star I would. My husband was scheduled to see Dr. Jennifer Capezzuti today. He was there with an aide, but she had problems reaching me on the phone. My office is settled in a dead zone where sometimes I am sitting right next to my phone and it does not ring. But, I decided to call her and found out that the Dr. did not see him and would not unless I was there. I tried to have the doctor swing back through while I was on the phone, to no avail. We love coming to Conviva. It is convenient but his Doctor left. Then Dr Haldyne Senatus took us and we felt very comfortable with her. Whenever we needed help she always makes herself available gor us. She is very detailed in explaining my husband’s results and very good in explaining what is going on on and she pays very close attention to her patients. We love her and very comfortable with her.

I went in for blood work,, waited for my scheduled time, 1 minute after, my name is called, smiling service, blood taken by a very gentle nurse, urine sample done and I was out in less than 12 minutes. I felt special and happy for the visit I hope it stays like this forever. Great place, super clean .
