The medical staff at Conviva Proactive Center is known for their compassionate and caring nature, especially Dr, Elizabeth Fergusson Marlin Wehbe and Martha. They go above and beyond to provide emotional support and comfort to their patients. The center also offers Silver Sneakers and most of us ladies are there Monday through Thursday if something is bothering us, we are quickly attended to. For example, I had a pink eye. Desde que Reliance vendió y paso a ser conviva ha ido de mal a peor, su sistema de atencion por telefono solo se define por alguien que escribe notas a la clínica y a esperar llamadas que nunca llegan, exámenes de laboratorio que no llegan al hospital donde tienes cirugía programada porque ellos no son capaces de pedirlos No puedo esperar a cambiar de plan y clínica
This used to be my favorite doctor but now I've gotten to the point where I cannot take it anymore they don't listen to me they don't care how I feel and they always send you to a call center where nobody speaks English and you cannot understand them I really wish I could find a different doctor to go to. If anybody could let me know of another place to go that takes Humana I would really appreciate it.
Recently i made the change to Amicus Pompano Beach and what a great decision!! The initial appointment with Roxanne Rayas was the most professional, thorough medical appointment i have experienced in South Florida. Amicus, the Medical Profession, and we the patients are blessed to have such a person to assist us with medical issues. If Roxanne were to be cloned and placed in every medical facility across the USA, it would cure medical despondency and lift the spirits of the sick!! Mark Hutchison
