I really love having conviva senior Primary Care. They really care about the elderly and I feel like they take their time. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful and pays attention to your needs
The most unprofessional and disorganized office I’ve seen. I changed my Mother’s doctors based on the rave that my Sister provided. She works at another location. We changed her PCP with her insurance, a rep with Conviva was on the phone with me and a reference number was provided. I handle all my Moms business affairs because it leads to less confusion when you have one person handling the business affairs. Olivia on the referral section is amazing.She handled everything I needed within a minute and a 1/2 and had already sent it to my daughter.This whole team's amazing , but olivia is something special
Nice and thorough minded.
This place is very disappointing and they don't care about their patients. The referral department doesn't know what they are doing.
