I recently, to my surprise discovered Conviva care centers three blocks away from my house had no clue that it belongs to HUMANA. I immediately made an appointment. To my surprise Sonia gave me an appointment for the following day early morning. When I walked in, walked directly to a young lady which happened to be Sonia, I received excellent service impeccable manners, and immediately took care of me step-by-step told me what to expect.
