Worst medical care for senior citizens I've ever encountered. It took a weeks for my first appt. Then I got to see a PA not a doctor. I took the meds for 8 days. Symptoms did not go away. I call back early Friday morning to explain. No call back. I called again at 3pm because no call back. They told me I had to wait until Tuesday of the following week to see another doctor and not have relief from pain and my insurance company would have to pay another $600.00 for that visit. This review is regarding referrals ONLY, which in that case should receive 0 stars. June 5th my father had a follow up and additional referrals were submitted by Dr. Chereddy, who is awesome. However, as of todays date I'm still waiting for those referrals. One of them went through and this was after I called several multiple specialists and once in found one, I went in-person and provided the specialist information and requested the doctors referral to be sent directly to that specialist. The Provider was great and I keep coming cause the medical assistant Pauline is so nice and helpful every time I come to the office .
