My Dad and Aunt has been going to Conviva for DECADES, not years. The name changed over the years; however, the practice remained the same until recently. In the past several months, the quality and service has significantly DECLINED. It began when their PCP left the practice and they integrated an off-site call center to answer calls. Spoke with Eli 7/9/25 @ 11am had multiple requests and took 37min on a call and he was so patient and efficient with me he took care of me and all my uses and gave me resolution and great customer service. I'm extremely satisfied with his work. He had been the best over the phone experience at this office since I transferred to Conviva this year I've been so frustrated with service and delays on referrals with specialists and this office I was ready to change providers. Wow I have never been to a better Dr.. Dr. Lawrence is wonderful The staff front desk Quint was so nice to me, the nurse Miss Lola and Miss Charlotte and Miss Kris are angles, it really makes a difference when you are sick. Thank all of the staff and God bless you.
If I could’ve taken my Mom to a School Nurse, it would’ve been more comprehensive care. I’m a Senior and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION.
