UPDATE: The experience I had with the receptionist has been thoroughly addressed by the clinic administrator. I'm very impressed with their diligence in addressing this unfortunate experience. I'm pleased with the care that I received from the doctor and the other staff. My appointment was to address some anxiety issues I had been managing- very well. Great annual visit/follow up visit. Dolores was extremely friendly and considerate.
Love our Conviva Care on Port Ave in Corpus Christi TX. Dr Gamez and staff are terrific. We aren’t a fan of the call center and not being able to speak to our local office as easily.
