Pay attention to the reviews for this practice. I didn't and wish that I had. If you still decide to go watch your online chart. There will be things in there that are not exactly the truth. Glad I left.
Dr Adonai is a very caring doctor. She is thorough and takes time to listen to me. She always asks if I need any refills, and sends referrals immediately when needed.
I've been to this clinic twice. I won't go into a bunch of negative remarks, but I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!!! Instead of listening to their patients like they claim and getting to know them..You answer the same questions over and over again with a yes or no! I personally do not plan on going back. I can't see charging my insurance for care I'm not getting!
Update: it has now been 2 days since I called in and have yet to hear back from the clinic regarding the following issue. I have been going here since it was MCCI.A LOT of changes, some good,some bad,One of the most irritating ones is the distance I feel between me and the Dr, or even the clinic.The call center feels like the proverbial "pit bull" then the clincher is Convivas survey...how likely are you...1-5 was your issue addressed? I have been a patient here for over a year. Every time you go in the staff has changed. I recently had an appointment scheduled by them and when I arrived no one knew why I was there. I asked to see the doctor but was told I would have to wait. Never saw any other patients in the waiting room or back. Waited but the doctor never came in. They really don’t care about their patients at all.
