This morning, I visited Conviva Center in Boca Raton on Kimberly Blvd and requested a copy of my blood work and was treated rudely by the front desk female African American. At about 0905 to 0915 hours of March 13,2025. She should work with inmates in a correctional facility and not trea t elderly folks with an obnoxious unpleasant manner. My star reflects her on the front desk.
