The worst. Not secure. Air conditioners and heart work poorly, maintenance tell you everything is fine, must be you. Can't drink the sludge filled water, is heath hazard. Loud obnoxious tenants, smoke pot, do drugs, and drink alcohol in hallways, on porch. Loud even middle of the night, hallways poor lighting. Locked security door lock broke or people leave propped open, if the lock breaks, will not be fixed.
