Ive been using Convertec just about as long as they have been in business and have to say that the service and work is second to none. Not only do they do awesome work on my businesses computers and other ofice items, but I also have them as my phone company and would never look back at verizon/frontier. brought my broken computer to them for repair and they messed it up worse than it was if thats possible. DONT go here for computer repairs unless you like being ripped off!!!

Switched to them recently from Vonage after being with Verizon. Wow, I thought all VoIP phone companies were the same. Not the case, I get much better quality, and faster (English) customer support for less than before.
