The installer called at the appointment time and said he was going to be 30 minutes late. He could of called earlier and for some reason did not. He ended being 48 minutes late. I met him at the door and asked if he had a mask and he said he did not so I supplied him with a mask. I showed him the bathroom. He left and later I found shavings from him drilling holes in the tile to mount the railings on top of my medicine cabinet. I had a rental property in Gilbert that my wife and I were looking to sell. Got several quotes to freshen up the bathrooms before listing it for sale. Convertabath was the perfect solution. Very Reasonable way to update the bathrooms. Changed from the almond color older baths to fresh white. Put in glass shower doors. Made the house look great in photos for the listing. Very pleased with their pricing and quick turn around time.
ConvertaBath did an exceptional job with placing multiple grab bars throughout the house. Justin was very professional, kind and answered all of our questions. He took the necessary time to install them securely. The grab bars are strong & very sturdy. Excellent staff. Very helpful with all questions
I used this company for a bathroom renovation. The work was great until I started to use the bathroom. They had to come out numerous times to get it right. I understand things happen, but more than once isn't acceptable. On top of this, the individual who gave us the quote and described what they were going to do didn't match the finished work. When I called them out on it, they said it matches the contract. So if you're going to use these guys, make sure you read the contract! What they say may not be what they deliver.
