The landscape maintenance is discussing people pay good money the least they could do is clean up the weeds.
The property is very run down despite the fact that it is the 'newest' of all four properties owned by HPM in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Weeds and garbage just about as tall as we are. The outer grounds are not kept up with nor are the insides of the buildings. The hallways are dirty and unkept, trashy, and smelly to say the least. Property manager and maintenance are responsive and friendly. They provide ample time of notice for building repairs. The property is well kept and has a beautiful view. Cute little play ground for the little kids.
