I wish I could give a lower rating. 1st time doing a water sample and I was treated with such disrespect. I was being scuffed at with each question as if I was wasting their precious time. Horrible customer service!

I reached out a few months ago inquiring about a mold test for our apartment. The receptionist informed me that they would be able to perform a mold test in our home and that it would not be disclosed to the landlord as they followed “HIPAA regulations” as long as we were paying for it. Brandon reached out to me to work out the details and he had an entirely different answer for the issue.
