they hired me 3 times in a 6 month period each time i signed offer letter but somehow classes where always canceled . They gave me the run around and told me to reapply when asked what happen. Terrible place to work they dont have there stuff together and nothing is ever stable

Great place to work with friendly people and have a steady paycheck. With customer service experience you can always expect to have 40 hours per week and even on occasion overtime when we need it and you want it.

Horrible company to work for!! in training employees are taught to lie and scam customers when i worked there 3 years ago i got in trouble for telling the truth on that $50 rebate. I also got in trouble for making more reservations then i had calls i was in the GREEN!! when i challenged my TL and took it to HR, HR sided with the TLs and made it out like i was wrong and she was never in her office all of a sudden anyone ok with this place is a slave and has no independence they even try to gag order you so you cant talk about... read more
