After multiple service requests to fix a family member’s leaking roof, the roof is finally collapsing in... with no help from maintenance or the owner. The owner, James, will not communicate with you directly. Instead of trying to help, which is by law, what he’s supposed to do, he will instead try to evict you. Absolutely heartbreaking!
I have never received such bad service. I am relocating to the area and looking at properties online. I couldn't get a phone call back. I had questions for the owner, they never reached out to the owner for the answers. James and Bridgette were extremely rude on the phone and then I was told "well we can't help you, were refunding your application fee"
The best property management in Greenville!! Excellent customer service !
We were looking for the perfect place for our family and when we found it, Convergent is the property management company for the townhouse. James McKissick gave us a tour and we filled out the application. He is a great person to meet and walked us through all the steps. We are proud to be his company's tenants and highly recommend them whether you are wanting to lease, or have a property you need managed.
