I had both a whitening treatment and a cleaning done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The cleaning was very thorough, and the whitening results turned out great—I can really see the difference. The whole team is professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for excellent dental care and a positive experience!
The dental care at this clinic is excellent — professional, thorough, and high quality. However, the front desk experience leaves much to be desired. I recently returned for a recent appointment, after a long gap, only to discover an outstanding bill from two years ago due to an insurance processing issue. I was never properly notified about this — the receptionist claimed to have sent one text and left one voicemail, which I find hard to believe. It's like that Tina Turner song "Simply the Best...better than anyone I've ever met". Both Dr's and all their staff are Aces. Their level of care, concern and genuine interest for your long term welfare is really what separates them. Everything is explained, options always given, client is ALWAYS #1. The only place where I felt the the service justified the prices. My go to as long as they don't smarten up, move downtown and increase prices to reflect their actual worth. Thx Doc.
