If I could put 0 I would!! Manager is never here!!!! All what we see is just BILLS!!! Dirty building, and only one laundry machine is working. No maintenance at all!!! You guys need to do something about this Otherwise no body will stay here!
Its pretty alright with the new modifications going on recently: new washing machines and more maintance then before and the reconstructing of apartments to a more spacious modern look for newcomers. But still the manager is no where to be found most of the times and the rent has gone of the roof with a really high expensive rent.
