Terrible. Bruised my daughter’s arm and had blood every where. Went to a local urgent care. No bruises. No blood anywhere in the floor from a PISS POOR blood draw. Avoid at all costs bringing your child here. The staff also were terrible and totally RUDE.

For the Autism center behavioral center: Terrible, Patti called and sent me a letter stating my sons appointment.. I get there and I’m told there was no appointment scheduled and Patti doesn’t work there anymore. Waste of time, bad communication, ignorant and I still had to pay for parking.. didn’t even offer to have it waved for giving the wrong information.

understaffed and patient time isnt valued only their time matters. on call service is terrible!!!

I hate this place. It's in an inconvenient location, it's always such a production because you're competing with car and foot traffic from Children's hospital, Buffalo general and some Roswell. The only part that was nice is their own parking garage. I just would have left and found a doctor that's not such a hassle to go SEE. Now, you do have to pay for parking inside the building.
