As good as it gets! It's not easy dealing with travel. It's such a cut throat business and things change on a moments notice. I've found a great company that takes care of all my travel needs. I just booked a personal vacation to Orlando and got group rates. Saved me several hundred just in hotel. I happened to go at a time that there was a convention that they were the main travel provider for and got airfare too much cheaper for me and my family. Saved me money and very easy to deal with I was called by them and I'm glad they called. . They were up front that they were a business travel Agency . I was new at booking hotels and the customer service helped me make my changes and were very professional. The pricing was about 11 dollars a night less than what I was offered by other companies. Deceptful we are a large company that attends a lot of conventions. this one called stating they were from one of the conventions. i was told i could cancel with in 30 days. when i needed to, they charged a 25% fee and the rest was non refundable. when i tried to use the credit, it would take over 3 weeks to get back and that was after I would email and call almost daily and not be able to speak with anyone. i have given them hotels I know are available and they advise me that they are sold out, even though i have called the... read more

SCAM!! Convention Housing Services SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! CHS cold called posing as official booking company for convention we were to attend (our company name was on exhibitor list on Convention website). Offered accommodations at prices/locations too good to be true. Charged full amount (for 4 rooms x 8 nights) upon signing a contract, then were unable to provide confirmation #s. I used them twice and I trust them Great company , very nice , allowed me to make many changes for no charge.. I am not sure why all the hoopla i believe none of it is true. I used them. I knew they were a travel agency and I don't care. They don't have to be the show for me to use them. I will use again, I trust them and they are very nice.!!!!!

Great Company. Great prices I have seen some things about this company which made my nervous about my booking. I called the office and they explained that they have been the victims of a smear campaign by ex employees and people pretending to be disgruntled customers. I decided to believe the people at the office and I kept my reservations. I made a few changed at no cost to me and I had no issues. they told me exactly who they are and what they do and I had a very good experience. I travel a lot and will use them again

Stay away from Convention Housing Services This company calls you out of the blue claiming to represent the trade organization you are attending a show for. They don't get you any better rates than the show organizers offer plus they charge almost $50 a night for their "service". They take a 100% deposit and under no coditions will they return a dime. Even when you find out about their totally deceptive practices. You are hereby warned.

BEWARE This company, also known as Convention Housing Services prays on convention attendees and tries to steal business by offering a lower rate or maybe a cheaper hotel. Buyer beware. You get what you paid for. Shady business and employees.
