Airbnb has totally trashed this place. Constantly broken elevators, drunk frat parties, drunks loitering the hallways, broken gym equipment, you name it. There was a major apartment fire in one of those illegal short-term rentals on 8/5/18. No alarm was activated and the entire building slept through the fire without knowing, only found out in the day. Beware of this disaster and stay away.
