Very helpful over the phone, and very short wait time. We were traveling through visiting family and had a foreign body allegedly stuck in a nostril... Very kind staff, and facility felt very clean.
I'm reluctant to use Urgent Care just because I've had issues in the past at the ones I've gone to. Convenient MD in Hadley changed my outlook on urgent care facilities. First, checking in was very fast and the front desk person was friendly. The waiting room was clean and quiet. I was called in very quickly. The medical assistant was super friendly and actually LISTENED to me. X-rays were done promptly and I've never had xrays read so quickly ever!!!!
