I was able to get an appointment within less than 30 minutes of going on the website and was taken immediately when I got there. Michelle, the nurse practitioner I saw was really nice, explained everything to me, with a great sense of humor. She was calming and listened to me well. I would definitely recommend coming here instead of the ER.
You can schedule an appointment in advance, so there’s no need to wait. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They listened to concerns and communicated honestly and clearly. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this urgent care.
