awful urgent care with incompetent care for an uber expensive bill. it’s better to wait out your medical issue than bring it to them. when i came here they had me FaceTime a doctor who could barely see or hear me on the phone, i was then told i was being tested for everything and would receive results within 2-3 days. after a week passed, I hadn’t received any results so I called them and found out they only tested my for mono which I knew would be negative and they shouldn’t have even tested me for. their FaceTime doctor’s ... read more
After getting the run around from a few places I discovered convenient MD. They answered my questions so nicely and when I showed up with my grandson they found crayons and a coloring book to keep him occupied. The medical assistant was so sweet and the PA was wonderful. He made me feel like my grandson was his only patient and he was so gentle and kind. He addressed all my concerns and went out of his way to make sure I was confident in his assessment. The lady out front was very pleasant and help full. However. The establishment itself is more about money than actually helping people. They would not be able to help me unless I paid $175 just to talk with the doctor. I could only imagine what it would be with my needed exam and X-rays.
Wonderul people work there. Im so grateful for everyone that works there. Wouldn't go anywhere else
