I used to think they were wonderful but NIT anymore. When your insurance company calls them 3 times with no return phone call. When the PA you speak with 3 days later laughs at you because you are asking for orders to get something to help you walk is unacceptable.
I’m just in the process of recovering from a hard hitting upper respiratory infection that had a very acute onset of typical cold-like symptoms accompanied by spasmodic incidences of racking non-productive coughing. The doctor diagnosed appendicitis and instructed me to the er. He was correct and had surgery that evening
My experience bringing my daughter in who has autism was mortifying. I urge parents of children with disabilities to seek anywhere else you possibly can!! They’re not trained or educated enough to understand autism. We had our rights violated and was contacted by the practice manager who then neglected to return my calls or call me back when she said she would.
