Aside from breaking my foot, I had a pretty great day. The staff at ConvenientMd was fantastic. This was my first experience at an urgent care and that set the bar. I’m sure I was lucky in terms of the time of day and that it wasn’t busy but within an hour I was seen, x-rayed and booted! The PA was so kind and thorough. It was a great visit! I will definitely utilize them again, but hopefully not soon
Girls at front desk were so helpful since I was struggling with signing in. The tech that took blood pressure etc.. was very professional. The Dr/NP was great. She really helped a lot with my eye problem. I would def go back in an urgent care situation.
