Great staff and experience, but horrible corporate customer service. I've contacted them several times trying to get straight answers on a bill, only to run into a glitchy AI phone service that can pretty much only tell you how to pay. Their email responses lead me to believe that is also AI, as it won't answer specific or nuanced questions and stops responding after one email. The only human beings I've spoken to were the ones who treated me and they were great, but can't answer billing questions.
I was seen very promptly and am very happy with the providers, diagnosis and treatment. I have no complaints and would definitely visit there again.If necessary

Went in for the first time today, parking lot was very nearly full so I was afraid I would be there all day. Went in for some sciatica related pain and numbness. Paperwork was a breeze, and all in all wait time was relatively quick for how packed the place seemed upon arrival. Staff was very professional and quick, had Xrays done in no time at all to ensure no spinal issues (fortunately clear), received a prednisone shot and a couple Rxs and was on my way.
