Very poor experience. I went in to have a blood draw. The first two nurses that tried had no idea what they were doing. The third nurse came in and was done in less than five minutes. If I was in need of urgent care and needed real medical help I wouldn't recommend this facility.
Used Convenient Care for pain in my wrist. I checked in on line saw no wait decided to use walk in. I was very fortunate, front desk was able to assist me with check in. I needed x-ray for wrist it was read quickly. Needed a brace and told to follow up with Orthopedics in a week. My orthopedics was able to get X-ray they also gave me a cd. Everyone was kind helpful and it went smoothly and quickly.
Fast, efficient, the nicest staff. Kind, caring right from the start. They took great care of me. Thank you again
I was pleasantly surprised at how streamlined the service was for my walk in care! Their online appointment website did not seem to work to schedule a specific time instead of just walking in ; other people that walked in after me were saying they had the same issues as I did, with the portal error messages.
