I've been here five times. Two were for workers comp and three for my own care. I've had doctors physically in the office and virtually so I feel that I've seen the full picture. Each time I've been here I've felt listened to and people took my concerns seriously. Without saying too much I needed antibiotics a couple of times. In the past at other facilities I've been treated like a "drug seeker"... For antibiotics (c'mon). ConvenientMD staff do not make me feel that way. Efficient, professional and friendly staff. Made an appt and convenient to fill in the paperwork on my own through my phone. Very nice physical facility.
I was visiting from out of town and needed medical attention. I made an appointment on line and ended up getting there almost 45 min early and got right in. Everyone was super nice and efficient. I ended up seeing a PA via zoom because there was only one doctor there but I didn’t mind. She evaluated me quickly prescribed what I needed and I was on my way to the pharmacy. Overall very pleasant experience.
Useless
Staff was great. Took awhile for an x-ray and then came to find out they never faxed over my info to orthopedic associates, so have to wait another day for an MRI. Day 3.
