Went in feeling under the weather. Staff was quick and very accommodating.
Set an online "appointment" for 12:40 PM for a DOT physical thinking that would help with time. They saw me in the order of people who arrived before me without appointments so I didn't get called back till 2:05 PM. So appointments are useless. After nurse did initial checks, which she was very polite and professional, STILL had to wait another 20 min for the doctor to come into the room. Even the Dr, who did a fine job and staff is the only reason they get two stars, doesn't know why they have appointments because she said ... read more

This is a terrible business that doesnt care about people only about money. I was refused treatment with a possible life threatening illness because I forgot my wallet while seeking assistance and even though my insurance covers 100% of my visits they wanted 75$ up front. **** In response to your reply, the lady at the desk made sure to tell me that this is a privately owned business and they can charge what they want.
