Was turned away and told not to come back because a nurse practitioner named Brenda didn’t like me. It was complete discrimination on her part, also a misuse of power and ethics as a health care provider. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I might have waited about 30min. Not bad. Very nice staff & very clean place!
Total misdiagnosis. Said I had bronchitis, presrcribed medication, still had same problem for days, had to go to emergency room and got a diagnosis of heart failure. I never even got to see a doctor. Only saw a physician assistant. Would not recommend.o called to talk to someone about the matter and asked not to be charged and they will not retu my calls. Maybe a formal complaint to a governing body will get their attention.
When in thinking I just had a bad cold and nothing could be done. Turned out I had Bronchitis and a sinus infection. Was seen very quickly even after 5pm. The front end was very nice and receptive. The Dr. listened and knew how best to help me. Was given prescriptions for both and am feeling much better now.
waited an hour and a half just to see a doctor . extremely annoyed with service . saying the service is fast is false advertisement. no where near fast service. will never be coming here again. worst service EVER!
Poor, they charged me for a visit when I specifically told the intake nurse "I am here for this reason only" she says ok. Then the pa Alexis tells me she convienent md will not do what I came in for, so they just ingorged my words so they could put me through the system get paid but offer me no proper solution. Waited 80 minutes to see the doc and only did then because I was leaving to go back to work. Went to pick up promised prescription after work. No script at pharmacy. Called up clinic - over an hour ago. Still waiting to find out where my script is- no callback yet. Never go here again.
Awhile back, I was suffering from severe lower back pain. Pain to the point I couldn't even walk. I called Convenient MD to see if they treat pain like this to try and avoid the emergency room. They told me to come down and they'll treat me as best as possible. Which was a complete joke. The front desk ladies were very nice an accommodating. Have been there 3 times. Fast in and fast to be seen. But why did every doctor call me "Love"? Must be a Convenient MD "friendly" word but creeps me out.
