"Inconvenient" Care. Wait 2 hours for them to do no testing and tell you to keep taking Mucinex. Save your time and go elsewhere.
I was puzzled by the 2.8 star rating because I had been there a few times and never had any problems. Despite the rating, I decided to go there last night. They met my expectations, best urgent care ever! The staff was friendly and very accommodating every time. I will definitely go back if I have a non emergency.

Complete and utter waiste of time. Heritage Valley's answer to everything is 'go to the ER". The nurse I saw was rude and uninterested in anything I had to say. She blatantly lied in result communication on portal. She was livid that I went to an AGH convenient care and they gave me the antibiotics needed to feel better from a UTI that she refused to give. I went there twice this week with my kids. First time no wait and the second time about 20-30 minute wait. The staff was very pleasant and nice. Felt like we got the care they needed. They were helpful in just good medical advice. Would definitely go back.
