I had CRNP Amy V and she was the nicest NP I have ever visited. She treated me with kindness and care, I was in for a burn and she treated it flawless!
We have been here several times and have always received excellent care. Most recent visit was for a respiratory infection on a Saturday. I was seen almost immediately and the CRNP Jen was very kind, thorough and helpful. I highly recommend.
I have visited this location for convenience and have found the ENTIRE staff polite and accommodating to me and even my children. I'm greeted with smiles and I've never had a long wait. Thank you for making people feel better when they walk through the door! Healing starts with having the right kind of attitude...thank you for making positive 1st impressions.
Jennifer Prince, CRNP treated my 6 year old and was very kind with her while accurately diagnosing her issue. We were very pleased with how smoothly the visit went.
The receptionist (dark hair, heavy set, lots of tattoos on arms) had zero concept of privacy. There were multiple people around and she was trying to ask me what I needed (after barking at me if I signed in). I then stated I had a question, but she was still helping someone else while trying to get info from me. After i asked my question, she was continuing to be incredibly rude and said she had nothing to do with the doctors office, only the convient care.
