Quite literally impossible to call and get the results tests if your doctor didn't got it. They pass you around like a ball from department to department with no intention of helping whatsoever, 0 customer service etiquette. I've been calling for an 1 hour to get simple EKG results and they're quite literally hanging up on my face as soon as the call is transferred.
VERY nice staff and extremely fast service. Thank you very much Melinda, Emily, and Ashley. PS may want to call and make sure insurance covers as they are out of network for AHN for next 6 months or so (I was not aware of this prior to coming here).
They're usually very quick and can do many services. I like how you can get blood work, xrays, etc. there as well. Staff are always friendly and Co pays aren't expensive either.
I was in there today for covid test And blood work. I would like to say that everybody from the receptionist to the nurse to the CNAs to the doctor was so very nice and courteous. People thinking that they're going to go in and out within 5 minutes has to realize that there's patience in the back that may need a little more time.
