I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Heritage Valley Convenient Care. I recently needed lab work and an EKG before surgery, and they got me in quickly without an appointment. Everything was efficient, and the nurse who drew my blood did an excellent job—I barely felt the needle. I’ve also used the urgent care at this location several times and have always had a positive experience. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this facility.
The care providers are very upbeat and efficient. They take the time needed to treat each condition. My spouse and I have each been there twice for treating injuries, illness, and tick bites. We never had to wait more than twenty minutes.
Quite literally impossible to call and get the results tests if your doctor didn't got it. They pass you around like a ball from department to department with no intention of helping whatsoever, 0 customer service etiquette. I've been calling for an 1 hour to get simple EKG results and they're quite literally hanging up on my face as soon as the call is transferred.
