The time I waited 2 1/2 hours was ridiculous because people who came in after me were being served. They told me that they do it in the order they come in and I told them they were lying. They need to do an audit on that place because there’s no movement of people going in the room or going out
Checked in for services at 1:40pm. There is barely anyone in the waiting room and we are still waiting to be seen at 3:24pm! This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s every single time we attempt to be seen here. This is THE LAST time we visit here. There’s nothing urgent or convenient about this location! Do NOT recommend!
It was busy last night so I did have approximately a 2 hour wait. Once I was able to see the attending nurse things went by quickly and the situation was assessed properly I was on my way.
There were 2 people ahead of me and I waited an hour and 45 min. Otherwise it was completely dead and not busy by any means whatsoever. Once I was taken back it was another 40 minutes for the nurse practitioner to see me. I was treated like I was both stupid and a burden. She kept talking over me and not letting me explain anything. Like I can't help that you chose this career field and to work for Heritage Valley. Find a different job or learn how to treat patients respectfully.
