I saw a lot of negative reviews but I’m glad to say my experience was different, it sounds like I had a different nurses than other negative reviews stated so I assume that’s why. Jen and Alyssa, you’re the best!! I almost didn’t go out of fear, I’m disabled so I’ve experienced enough medical trauma to last a life, but I have multiple known knee injuries that I’m awaiting surgery for when I think I also sprained my ankle. Absolutely terrible experience with a woman named Mary visit this location multiple times and never have been treated with such disrespect the minute she opened her window she was disrespectful rude and condescending told me she was a nurse practitioner she should lose her job absolute terrible person horrible woman
Zero stars. Both the front desk and the nurse were beyond rude. So awful - don’t waste your time.
Horrible. Nurse (is she even is that) at the front windows threw paperwork and gave huge attitude because I didn't know I needed a form from the team to get my 9 year old daughter for cheering. I just thought they had basic physical forms. Lesson learned but stay away from this place.
