went in to have ear wax removed which have done many times at other urgent care facilities. They very aggressively removed it. Had ear pain and hearing loss after. They told me to see a doctor and that was it. now they are asking for money from me after jacking up my hearing.

I wish I could rate the PA or DNP separately from the whole place. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. The place was run down in general. The front desk person was rude, unhelpful, and did not seem to care much about performing her job well. The medical assistant started out with a similar attitude but seemed to get a bit more personable as the visit went on. Used to be great helpful LISTENING providers here. Not anymore. She called me kiddo, not professional I'm a grown adult. The provider not even look at or TOUCH where I was having the problem. Very infantilizing

I was bummed and hesitant to give this Urgent Care a poor rating after reviewing the high ratings but too many things gone wrong. First, the provider was late to the office. (I let that slide because life happens and this could happen to the best of us). Second, my prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy that I’ve never used before (and did not add it to my paperwork) after going to the expected pharmacy and no sign of medication, I reached out to clinic to make them aware that no medication was on file for me.
