I had a really great experience at this urgent care clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk Mary was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The wait time was reasonable, and the medical team took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing me. Terrible service! never come here the young lady behind the desk, lied to me and told me that I could not be seen because my insurance had a stipulation where I had to get a referral from a primary care physician. I came home called the insurance company gave the insurance company. Their information and my insurance company called them only to be told.
