Would not return calls. When my mom moved into a small apartment, we realized she would need a storage for extra stuff that she couldn't fit into apartment. A useful, near by storage unit so that she could sort things out better. But this would not be with Convenient Storage because they would never return my calls. Not even after I left a message on their website with my name and number.

Been great so far! Accommodating enough too.Rented while our house sold, and never had any issues or problems or any issues with bugs or rodents.
