Absolutely terrible business. Several times I have found evidence of squirrels getting into my stuff stored here. But worse than that, the owner charges whenever she feels like it. Sometimes it’s once a month, sometimes it’s every 5 months — in which case I am not prepared to pay for such a large sum all at once. Do not store anything here.
This place is a joke the owner refuses to fix issues with anything and can not pay her own phone bill on time but wants you to give her a credit card over the phone to run each month but can’t get with the times and update it so you can pay online. I had a unit here for 4 years the roof has leaked from day one and we have called several times over the years about it to either the call never returned or the phones being off we have also sent letters to get no response. I will definitely not recommend this as a storage unit. I tried calling regarding a serious issue and did not have my concerns taken seriously. Please do not rent a unit with this company
Do Not Use!! Reserved a storage unit and when we went to use it, it had a lock on it. Was told they would look into it and probably don't have another locker. I told them nevermind I don't need the locker and I wasn't paying for someone else's stuff to be stored. I keep getting the run around and now will not return my money for a locker I never used!!
