The customer service here is atrocious! Emails are never returned. There is rarely anyone in the office and when you do find the lady in the office she is rude and acts as if you are interrupting her day. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a storage unit or even to rent equipment. Their selection for equipment is rater limited... possibly due to their poor customer service.
