Dave built our home in 2003 and he was wonderful to work with as our main contact for the project. He hired excellent sub-contractors and did excellent work himself. We met with him frequently for an update and overview of costs which his wife helped oversee too. He had a step by step process for us to follow as the project progressed. We highly recommend him! It was a wonderful experience and he made it fun and easy every step of the way.
