Professional, communicative, competitively priced and did a good job making my car good as new.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Convenient Collision Solutions. I brought my car in for repairs, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare. The repairs were not done correctly, and my car came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. There were visible issues that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail and poor workmanship. Highly recommend. They came to my house to repair and did a great job. Excellent communication throughout and would certainly work with them again.
I honestly was doubtful that people like this still existed! He was friendly, honest, fast and much less expensive than the dealership. He came to my place of work and did the repairs while I was working. He asked me for pictures of the issue and offered to come to me to give an estimate. I have already recommended this company to friends. I'll definitely use them again if needed!
