Nurse practitioner Teresa Sims,. Failed to get correct diagnosis for me I suffered for over a month. It ended up being a 8 mm kidney stone Surgery was performed then 10 days later gallbladder attack from stones" surgery again.. So basically 2 surgeries within 10 days apart. Plus she over charges I have to pay $25 My insurance co pay is $10 and $25 for specialist unheard of to pay that to a nurse practitioner. Terrible customer service. Very ugly attitude.
This is just my 2 cents, can't believe all these reviews. First time 3 months ago I went and seen her for the first time since moving here. Everyone was nice, then called with an issue about my DOT card almost to expire and the front desk lady was very rude with me when I asked what was taking so long with my test results. Then come to find out they charged me more than they were supposed to with insurance. Update to when I'm posting this, I called to get a preauth letter done for my meds and get told oh she needs to see you... read more
The nurses welcome patients with genuine care here y'all, and Ms Teresa Sims (FNP) is the best. She checks thoroughly and researches your entire situation to determine a solution then prognosis. I feel very comfortable with my treatment and medical care at Convenient Care. Tobie Krohe
